We understand that skincare is personal and time-sensitive. At LithoVeda, we ensure fast and secure shipping for all your skincare needs.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 are charged a flat ₹49 fee.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track orders through your account page.

5. Areas We Deliver

Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned — international shipping is on our roadmap!

6. Delays & Damages

While we ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your product is lost or damaged, contact us at support@lithoveda.com within 48 hours.
